1.Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per the norms. 2.Responsible for managing their BM/ABM 3.Scripting the business growth 4.Achieve desired activity/productivity revenue targets through the respective team members 5.Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of Team on time to time basis. 6.Lead and guide identified colleagues by providing them with performance feedback, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles 7.Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region. 8.Responsible for overall administration of Region and do periodic visit to all the branches of the region. 9.Reviewing Audit reports for the region and take necessary action. 10.Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for the Group.
Required Candidate profile The candidate who is presently heading Sales Team of new generation bank/NBFC/Insurance/Multi State Cooperative Society as Senior RM/Branch Head or Cluster Head
